The service

CrewTap creates and publishes social media content for your business on the platforms you connect. Features may change as we improve the service.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must have authority to manage the pages you connect.

Your content and approvals

You own your business information, photos, and reviews. You grant us permission to use them to create and publish posts for you. If you enable autopilot, you authorize us to publish without individual approval.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't use CrewTap for unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, or in a way that violates the rules of the connected platforms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific results, leads, or platform availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
